    Quality 16mm fluted cladding - clean CNC finish

    As a joinery specialist, I’m always on the lookout for consistent 16mm fluted cladding for bespoke furniture. I ordered a few of these FMWP-16/4.1 sheets in the 18mm thickness for a kitchen island project. The first thing I noticed was the density of the moisture-resistant MDF—it’s solid and doesn't have that 'airy' feel of cheaper boards. The 4.1mm deep grooves are milled very precisely, which is a massive help because I didn't have to deal with any frayed edges before priming. It’s a great raw MDF product that takes a finish beautifully if you know how to prep it. The panels arrived dead flat, making the install much faster than I expected. Definitely my new go-to for narrow-ribbed designs.
