    Precise 28.5mm fluting and great sheet stability

    As a cabinet maker, I’ve used these FMWP-28.5/4.8 panels for both large-scale wall cladding and custom furniture fronts. The 28.5mm flute width is a great 'middle-ground' size—it’s bold enough to create a distinct ribbed texture but refined enough for smaller cabinetry. The moisture-resistant MDF core is very dense, which is essential for a clean CNC finish. Even with the 4.8mm depth, the grooves are milled perfectly smooth with no 'chatter marks' or rough grain. Since I buy them in the raw state, I appreciate that the surface is prep-ready; a light scuff after the first coat of primer is all it takes for a high-end finish. I opted for the 18mm thickness for better structural integrity on doors, and the sheets stayed perfectly flat. Great product for anyone needing consistent quality for high-spec interior projects.
