Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may return any unused product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Please note, we are unable to refund or exchange:

  • Products that have been cut to size, made to measure, or custom-made to your individual specifications

  • Products mixed or produced according to your requirements

  • Items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, where the packaging has been opened

  • Products that perish or deteriorate quickly, such as certain natural materials, unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.


How to Return an Item

If you wish to return a product, please contact us first so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Please have the following ready:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • The original payment method

  • The item unused and in its original packaging

Once approved, you can return the item to us by post or courier. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

For large or heavy items, we may be able to arrange a collection. A collection fee may apply.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the fault (if applicable)

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
If a return is required, we will cover all return costs for faulty or wrongly delivered items.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.
